  • for the award of Zhores I. Alferov Personal Scholarships for young scientists in the fields of physics and nanotechnology;

  • for the award of the Scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation for Postgraduate Students and Adjuncts (studying full-time at Russian educational institutions) conducting scientific research aligned with the priorities of the scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation, as defined in its scientific and technological development strategy.

Development and updating of documents governing the competitive procedures:

  • Collection, technical review, and evaluation of competitive applications.

  • Formation of preliminary rankings of evaluated materials.

  • Preparation of information-analytical, statistical, and reference materials for ongoing competitive events.

  • Publication of information on the results of competitive selections.

  • Monitoring of scholarship payments and the fulfillment by awardees of their individual scientific activity plans.

  • Consultative support for scholarship recipients and representatives of their affiliated organizations.

  • Ensuring the provision of complete, reliable, and timely information to federal executive authorities on the current state of the system of state support for the scientific sphere and the ongoing scientific research.

  • Analysis of the status of the existing regulatory framework governing competitive selections and development of proposals for its improvement.

  • Participation in events related to the implementation of state policy conducted in the interests of domestic researchers.

Alferov," and No. 902 dated November 27, 2023, "On the Scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation for Postgraduate Students and Adjuncts Conducting Scientific Research within the Framework of Implementing the Priorities of the Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation";

  • Resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 300 dated March 19, 2020, "On Zhores I. Alferov Personal Scholarships for Young Scientists in the Fields of Physics and Nanotechnology," and No. 119 dated February 5, 2024, "On the Award and Payment of the Scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation for Postgraduate Students and Adjuncts Conducting Scientific Research within the Framework of Implementing the Priorities of the Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation."
