The collection of scientific papers "Innovatics and Expertise" has been published by the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Research Institute – Republican Research and Consulting Center for Expertise" (FSBSI "RIACCE") since 2007 and has been registered as an online mass media outlet since 2013 (Registration No. FS77-54818). The publication is intended for summarizing the results of scientific research and exchanging scientific and technical information.
