Monitoring of Dual-Use R&D Conducted by Organizations Subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia

Purpose

The system collects information reflecting the results of an organization's scientific activities in the field of dual-use research, development, and technological work.

Operator

The monitoring operator is the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Research Institute – Republican Research and Consulting Center for Expertise" (FSBSI "RIACCE").

Data Collection Procedure

The data collection procedure consists of four mandatory stages:

  1. Completion of the registration (authorization) process within the system.

  2. Entering data on ongoing (or planned) dual-use R&D or notifying of their absence.

  3. Entering data on additionally proposed dual-use R&D projects from the organization or notifying of their absence.

  4. Preparing an official letter from the organization summarizing the results of the current monitoring phase, signed by an authorized official, and attaching an electronic copy of the letter.
