The results of the conducted research are presented in information and analytical materials on the current state, trends, and forecasts for the development of science and technology in Russia and abroad.
The demographic transition, driven by increased life expectancy and changes in lifestyle, along with the associated aging of the population, collectively leads to new social and medical problems. These include an increased risk of global pandemics and a heightened threat of the emergence of new or the re-emergence of previously eradicated infectious diseases.
The escalation of anthropogenic pressures on the environment to a scale threatening the reproduction of natural resources, coupled with the growth of risks to citizens' life and health due to the inefficient use of these resources.
The need to ensure food security and food sovereignty of Russia, enhance the competitiveness of domestic products in global food markets, and reduce technological risks within the agro-industrial complex.
A qualitative transformation of global and local energy systems, increasing importance of the energy intensity of the economy, and growth in energy generation, storage, transmission, and utilization.

Innovatics and Expertise
The scientific journal "Innovatics and Expertise", published by the FSBSI "RIACCE" since 2007, is focused on addressing the tasks of summarizing the results of research conducted by scientists, analysts, and experts, as well as facilitating the exchange of scientific and technical information, identifying priority directions for the development of domestic and global science and technology, formulating and seeking solutions to critical issues related to scientific and innovation activity, expertise, consulting, valuation and protection of intellectual property, and the accounting and promotion of Russia's scientific achievements.
The journal is a periodical print publication issued twice a year and has been registered as a mass media outlet – an online publication – since July 2013 (Registration Certificate El No. FS77-54818 dated July 26, 2013).
The journal "Innovatics and Expertise" is indexed in the national bibliographic database of scientific citation (Russian Science Citation Index).
The journal is also included in the Ulrichsweb Periodicals Directory.
Since 2019, the journal has been registered with the DOI (Digital Object Identifier) system.
The materials published in the journal may be of value to heads of research organizations, including those specializing in innovative product development, to specialists in the management of scientific and innovation activity, as well as to university professors, postgraduate students, and students.

Nuclear Medicine: Physics, Equipment, Technologies: A Textbook
The purpose of this textbook is to present materials for studying the physical, technical, and technological aspects of nuclear medicine. These materials have been accumulated, analyzed, and systematized during the author's many years of scientific and pedagogical work in the fields of technical physics, medical physics, and nuclear medicine. They consolidate the scientific and practical results from leading foreign and domestic nuclear medicine institutions.
