Purpose
The system provides monitoring to assess the implementation of major scientific projects supported by state grants within the "Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation" and "Science and Universities" programs. Participating entities are scientific organizations and universities receiving grants.
Organizers
The procedure is conducted by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia and the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Research Institute – Republican Research and Consulting Center for Expertise" (FSBSI "RIACCE"), which are responsible for collecting, verifying, and analyzing project-related information.
Main Goals and Objectives
The monitoring aims to ensure compliance with grant conditions and enhance the efficiency of project implementation. Its tasks include data collection, assessment of obligation fulfillment, consultative support, and verification of the effective use of funds.
