Scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation for Postgraduate Students and Adjuncts

The system is designed for the organizational and technical support of collecting and verifying competitive applications, as well as for publishing information on the results of competitive selections for scholarship recipients.

Scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation for Postgraduate Students and Adjuncts, studying full-time at Russian educational institutions and conducting scientific research aligned with the priorities of the scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation, as defined in its scientific and technological development strategy.

The scholarship is established by the President of the Russian Federation, the rules for its award and payment are approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, and the competitive selection is conducted by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia.

To be considered for the scholarship, it is necessary to participate in the annual competitive selection, having obtained the consent of the scientific supervisor under whose guidance the dissertation research is conducted, and the consent of the institution where the postgraduate (adjunct) program is being undertaken.

Submission of an application is carried out using the competition website. Registration of the scholarship candidate and their scientific supervisor on the site, as well as filling out interactive forms, is mandatory.
