Registration and Monitoring of Small Innovative Enterprises (SIEs)
Purpose
The system provides information-analytical support to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia in its work with small innovative enterprises (SIEs), which are established by scientific organizations and universities for the commercialization of intellectual property.
Main Functions
The system enables the registration of notifications on the establishment of economic entities and partnerships, their record-keeping, the formation of quarterly and annual registers, analysis of SIE activities, and the preparation of reference materials in response to requests from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia.
User Workflow
Authorized representatives of universities and research institutes fill out interactive forms, attach required documents, and generate notifications, which are then submitted to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia. Through a personal account, users can also update information and review previously registered organizations.
