Innovation activity monitoring
Analysis of the effectiveness of cooperation between business, education, and science, the development of innovation infrastructure in universities and scientific organizations for the establishment of small innovative enterprises (SIEs) in accordance with Federal Law No. 217-FZ, as well as organizational-technical support and information-analytical support for the formation of a unified scientific and technical space of the Union State, is carried out by the Center for Monitoring Innovation Activity (CMIA).

Effectiveness of state support for SIEs in the regions of Russia.
Support and Administration:
Organizational and technical assistance in creating a unified scientific and technical space for the Union State.
Information-analytical support for programs and projects of the Union State.
Conducting expert evaluation of these programs and projects at all stages.
Organization of Union State prizes in the field of science and technology.
Methodological Work and Monitoring:
Development of recommendations for universities and scientific institutions on working with SIEs.
Maintaining a register and monitoring the activity of SIEs through a specialized system on the website mip.extech.ru.
Assessment of the contribution of scientists, including young specialists, to scientific and technical development.
