The primary focus of the institution's activities is the establishment of a scientific-methodological, organizational, and programmatic foundation for expert-analytical studies involving the scientific and technical community, for which the Federal Register of Experts is operational. The main objective of these studies is to enhance the efficiency of managing Russia's scientific and technological complex by supplying governing bodies with analytical information based on assessments from the expert community. Key areas of comprehensive analysis in the field of research and development include: Monitoring and Analysis: Systematic collection and examination of data on the status and development trends of science, technology, and innovation in Russia and globally. Expert Coordination: Organizing the work of the expert community to evaluate projects and formulate proposals on priority research areas. Strategic Planning: Developing proposals for the thematic focus of prospective R&D and refining the country's scientific and technological development priorities. Analytical Support: Preparing reports and recommendations to inform management decisions aimed at improving the efficiency of scientific and innovation activities. Infrastructure Development: Maintaining and updating databases to support analytical work. Participation in the Scientific Community: Presenting research findings at conferences and seminars.
