The need for expertise arises when preparing new scientific and technical proposals in all fields of science and technology, holding competitions for projects and programs, searching for investors and investment objects, preparing documents for grants, assessing investment risk, and reviewing insurance claims.

Materials for examination are provided in the prescribed form. It is enough to provide documents on the project or program outlining its contents, and a state expert Opinion will be prepared within the agreed period.

Based on the results of the work of the Federal State Budgetary Budgetary Institution of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the RSCCE transmits to the applicant the Conclusion of the state examination — a document with an official status. The right to conduct a state examination has been granted only to the Federal State Budgetary Budgetary Institution of the Scientific Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. The conclusion contains an assessment of the scientific and technical significance and novelty of the proposal, its feasibility, the competitiveness of the planned products on the world market, the adequacy of the estimated cost of work, and the economic efficiency of investments. Based on the databases at our disposal, we are searching for analogues, eliminating duplication of work topics.

The expertise of the Federal State Budgetary Budgetary Institution of the Russian Academy of Sciences is conducted confidentially by highly qualified experts, taking into account the private opinion of specialists competent in the relevant fields of science and technology, scientific and patent literature, and the state of the market.
